Life Counselling – 25 Ways It Can Help

As a clinical psychologist and spiritually based counselor,  I see clients with a broad variety of requests and issues.   What I’ve discovered in my practice is that there’s really no limit as to what life counselling can address.  The only exception I’ve seen with that are people who have acute mental health issues such as severe anxiety or psychosis.   These types of issues are often best addressed with a psychiatrist.
